The sacco operations are classified into two
1. Back office operation (bosa)
2. Front office operation (fosa)
In the bosa we offer the following loan products

• Development/normal loan
• Emergency loan
• School fees loan
• Loan top-ups
Fosa offers banking services to all sacco members.
The products and services offered through fosa include:
1. Salary payment to university of nairobi staff
2. Bosa loan payment
3. Fixed deposit account
4. Savings account among others
To ensure that chuna maintains a competitive edge in offering best
banking services we are in corroboration with the co-operative bank,
offering atm and mobile banking services to all our account holders.
